Filing EFS Continuations Without Signatures
On March 29, 2006 the U.S. Department of Agriculture gave the Wyoming Secretary of State's Office permission to accept unsigned EFS continuation statements via email.
To use this service, you must have a prepaid account (PAD) number with this office. Once you have an established PAD account, you can email a scanned image of the completed Continuation statement, without signatures, to UCC@wyo.gov. Be sure to provide your PAD account number in the email message. When we process the continuation, we will deduct the filing fee from your PAD account.
Please note that unsigned EFS continuations may only be emailed; faxed copies will be rejected.
Remember - continuation statements are the only EFS filings that can be emailed. All others must be mailed in with original signatures, including paper EFS continuation statements.
