Electronic Certificate of Evidence
If an email address is provided on your original document, an electronic copy of your certificate of evidence will now be emailed to you once the document has been filed!
Please note a photocopy is no longer required. However, if you submit a photocopy of your filing, you will receive this via regular mail.
In addition you will receive a courtesy annual report notification sixty (60) days prior to the annual report due date based on the email address you have provided to us. Please notify us of any changes to your email address so we can update our records. The reminder notification will come from SOSAnnualReports@wyo.gov.
Please add this email address into your "safe list" so it doesn't go into SPAM or Junk.
