Shall a law be enacted:

(1) authorizing the cultivation, sale, and use of medical marijuana for medical treatment, as regulated by the Wyoming Liquor Division; and

(2) permitting the cultivation of hemp and the production of hemp products.

  • Filing deadline (for the 2016 General Election ballot):
  • February 8, 2016, prior to the Wyoming Legislature convening
  • Registered Voters Signature Requirement:
  • 25,673 (equal to 15% of those who voted in the preceding general election and signed by voters equal in number to 15% of those resident in at least two-thirds of the counties in the state, as determined by those who voted the preceding general election in that county.)

Referendum Filing Deadline: Within 90 days after the adjournment of the legislative session at which the act was passed.
