The Secretary of State serves as the Acting Governor, Chief Elections Officer, State Securities Commissioner, and serves on many boards and commissions.

Therefore, our website provides a great deal of information about the various responsibilities of this office - doing business in Wyoming, elections, the securities industry, administrative services, and much more including information for completing that history report on Wyoming!
